Here's a really fun, fast and green Christmas tree project which I found in this great old paper craft book (1937).
The instructions are a bit hard to follow so....youtube has come to the rescue again.
Pardon the music and the spam cans...you'll get the jist of the project and you can chose any paper you want. I've used origami paper and magazine paper, as well as newspaper..
Trust me, when you pull the tree out for the first time in front of the kids, they will think you are an all-powerful wizard....well...almost.
