scrambled eggs with sauteed spinach....saw a similar recipe in bon appetit....the star is the spinach... which I sauteed with a garlic clove in olive oil and  a little butter with and then added the eggs and cream to scramble and topped with parma-reggiano...bon appetit recipe suggests adding a sour cream to top...which I will definitely try next time
