| no cutting boards for me |
Well...I actually have several cutting boards...gifts from well-wishers...and I store things on them, like olive oil. When my oldest was here a few weeks back, she got used to my "habit" and started to ask where the "cutting rag" was...funny girl..xx

| a microwave oven |
Guess what else I don't have? I never had the counter space in my city apartments and so....never got used to the convenience. I do catch a lot of heat from everyone who comes in my kitchen and sees the missing mw-oven. "HOW do you live without a microwave!!!!!!!!!..with all those kids!!!!!!!"
