Tea Time

I am having some lovely lady photographers over today.  We meet monthly to discuss new topics in photography and share our work.  This is the first meeting I get to host so I am really excited to show off some of the beautiful tea things I've been fortunate enough to find.

Beautiful Bellocq tea, Brooklyn Slate coasters, Herriott Grace candy dish

Bellocq Tea just opened in Greenpoint, Brooklyn and I've already ordered and tasted their amazing breakfast tea.  They have relocated to NY from London.  They offer a variety of handcrafted blends and I am looking forward to trying them all!  Check out their beautiful website.  (Interestingly, Bellocq was an American photographer from the turn of the last century).

Brooklyn Slate is another amazing Brooklyn-based small business.  Sean Tice and Kristy Hadeka "farm" their beautiful slate from Kristy's family slate quarry in upstate NY.
Their products are unique and compliment whatever you serve on them. Check out their Special Edition Slate Cheese Board- it's on my Santa List! I'm using my red slate coasters at my tea party today!

Herriott Grace is a father-daughter venture from Canada.  Their products are real pieces of art.  I love my candy dish and a rolling pin  for children that I bought from them.

My candy dish with tea...

And how about these sweets???!!!...

Lemon and Coffee Cake Duffins from Brownie Points

This cupcake was bought for Michael, but.....we'll see.

Hope you all have a lovely rainy Wednesday !
